Dawson Wigle, JD

Educational Background

Dawson began his studies in 2016 and graduated from the University of Toronto in 2020 with high distinction. Dawson continued his journey at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and became a member of the historical inaugural graduating class.

Practice History

Dawson joined DH Professional Corporation in 2023 after completing law school and completed his articles with the firm before being called to the bar in 2024 and staying with the firm as an associate.

Areas of Practice/Legal Experience

Dawson’s primary areas of practice include Wills and Estate planning as well as preparing and processing probate applications.

Dawson also manages a civil litigation practice from the Tribunal level to the Superior Court of Justice. With experience advocating for both Corporate and individual Plaintiffs and Defendants, Dawson takes a forward approach on advocating for the interests of his clients.

He also assists corporations and individuals with contracts and other commercial matters.

Community Involvement

When not in the office, Dawson is an avid Leafs fan who is consistently holding on to what ‘next season’ will bring us. When not watching the Leafs, he is an active player in the Toronto Floorball League.

He also maintains an active role in serving as a mentor to the current students of the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and emphasizes the importance of giving back to communities and groups that helped him make it to where he is now.
